Healthy Living. It's all about
BALANCE!
The body
is amazing. If you don't overload it with toxicants, it will be kind to you. If
we don't tend to the wounds in our lives that prevent us from taking care of
ourselves, we will eventually create disease.

These wounds are unresolved
issues that prevent us from moving forward in our lives. They are to name a few;
anger, resentments, physical, emotional, & sexual abuse, low self-esteem,
not loving yourself, poor body image, feeling dis-empowered, lack of
forgiveness, and addictions.

Conversely, if you eat healthy foods, yet disregard these unresolved issues and other areas in your life you will become imbalanced. The importance of maintaining healthy & fulfilling relationships, consistent exercise, a sense of spirituality, whatever that means for you, and feeling a sense of passion with your career, is essential in healing your physical body and emotional well-being.
Eating healthy boosts the immune system. It also lays a solid foundation for having the energy, and strength to cope with the ongoing challenges of our lives.
